Slight fuck up with the downloads

Ccount has been screwing me around lately, and a few mistakes on my part have been made. Both download links and D/L counters for the WP and HTML version of Slight Noise have been fixed and should work okay. If you get an access denied error, click the actual link you’re given on the page and it should download for you. Dunno why this is happening, all the server settings are fine.

I might get rid of CCount in the next version of Epyks, but whatever. For now it should work fine.
